The Hydrodynamic Aqualung

When the opportunity came along to develop the television series The Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau it was decided early on that it was a top priority to redefine the aesthetic of diving. Cousteau and David Wolper realized that capturing the imagination of the viewing public was central to the success of the series. Cousteau looked to artist and model maker Jean-Charles Roux to develop this ne Aesthetic. One of the most memorable products was the development of the Hydrodynamic Aqua-lung.
